  Things I Bought This Weekend I drove out to surplus stores and splurged on: A Coach bag A winter hat Winter gloves A new electric toothbrush A new cordless phone (both toothbrush and phone were ruined by power surge during the big October blackout) McDonald's lunch in the food court Bag of melted chocolate-chip cookies in the food court I left the house at 11 am. I got home at 8 pm. I would have bought OH so much more but I was good and comforted myself in the fact that I will splurge on Christmas presents soon. Looking again at my list, I am just disgusted.
